Internet:<\/strong>\u00a0The hotel has free 24Mbps WIFI 3 lines and is the maximum available in our area which is available in public areas and in all rooms as well as wired network in the rooms.<\/p>\n

Fireplaces:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • The fireplaces can be used from September until April.<\/li>\n
  • Firewood is free for each day of your stay.<\/li>\n
  • If you use all the firewood within one day, we give you extra free on the next day.<\/li>\n
  • If you want extra firewood per day, there is a charge of 5 euro\/room service.<\/li>\n
  • Orders for extra wood are at your disposal until 22:00.<\/li>\n
  • If due to weather conditions or for safety reasons, we are not allowed to light fire in a fireplace, we may prohibit their operation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Regarding\u00a0smoking<\/strong>\u00a0our guesthouse, follows the latest legislation on public spaces.<\/p>\n

    By phone:<\/strong>\u00a0After your phone book, you will be given a bank account to which you have to deposit the agreed amount until the day we agree. In case of cancelation please contact us directly. If you do not deposit the agreed amount until the stated date we agreed, your reservation will be canceled (even without notice). Reservations in effect are only those that have been deposited in advance.<\/p>\n

    Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n<\/div>

    • If the reservation is canceled 21 days prior to arrival, you will not be charged.<\/li>\n
    • If the reservation is canceled 20-15 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.<\/li>\n
    • If booking is canceled 14-7 days prior to arrival, 75% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged<\/li>\n
    • Non refundable reservations are charged at the time of booking and cannot be modified or canceled.<\/li>\n
    • In case of no show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.<\/li>\n
